I am a MTI qualified practitioner with a level 4 professional massage diploma. As a member of this professional body, I adhere to strict code of ethics and standards for protection to both my clients and my profession.
Holistic Massage treats the ‘Whole Person’, body, mind and soul. I will focus on any particular ailments you have but help to work out the source of your discomfort if you have any.

If you're suffering from tension and aches, or simply in need of some relaxation, we can discuss what type of massage will suit you best. I will use a combination of Shiatsu and acupressure points and can advise on key postural exercises to reduce common complaints.
