I’m an advanced sport and holistic massage therapist with over 15 years’ experience helping people improve their physical, emotional, and mental well-being through personalised, integrative treatments. My approach combines clinical expertise with thoughtful, individualised care, and I specialise in advanced remedial, deep tissue, and holistic massage therapies designed to release tension, restore balance, and support long-term health.
With a lifelong background in movement and performance — including Taekwondo, Krav Maga, CrossFit, BodyPump, and yoga — I bring a deep understanding of body mechanics, self-care, and injury prevention into every session. Whether you’re an athlete, a busy professional, or simply feeling the strain of daily life, I tailor treatments to support your needs.
